  • Looks like a great addition to my shoulder routine. Since the band is being doubled, do you need a second person for proper placement or can this be done on your own?

  • this is exactly what i need to do. i keep trying something like that without the band with less reps but doing it more throughout the day. this would allow me to do it at once and get it done with. thanks for the great tips. can't really find stuff like this anywhere else!
