This is the worst car chase i have ever seen! Its boaring and seriously slow. The lyrics dosent macth, the actors most be found at the local bar and the camera views just suck. Only good thing is that the cars get realistic damage at ones when they crash, and not 10 min afterwards.

[Maybe the phrase "police pursuit" would fit better.] I don't think the police force the gang members to go faster because much of the chase takes place through residential areas / areas with people out in the open. I thought the LAPD didn't used Dodge Diplomats? Ford and Chevy split the LAPD patrol cars from 1982 to 1991. Maybe they used a few Diplomats undercover but that's it.

1982-1985 Chevy Impala 9C1

1985 Ford LTD Crown Victoria

1986-1989 Chevy Caprice 9C1

The reason for no Diplomats was that the LAPD specified cars with an average wheelbase of 114 inches. The Chevys had a 118 in. and the Fords had a 114in.
