@Tmac10t KG had good help in that WCF run. Cassell, Spree, and Szczerbiak. They would have beat the Lakers if not for the refs. Charles Barkley said it himself, in fact. The NBA publicly apologized for the officiating. Google it.

@SolidSnakeRules that was only for a year or 2 out of 10 they could have tried harder to get him some help and sam cassle and spreewell were at the end of their careers so they were stars anymore they were right above role players and with that little help he carried the team to a deep playoff run and won mvp

@toasty9989 The Wolves had KG for 12 years. Of the 12 years, only two were with Sam and Spree. Spree mentally checked himself out the second year -- his scoring dropped from 16.8 to 12.8. Cassell missed 22 games that second year due to injury, and his scoring dipped from 19.8 to 13.5.

So really, that trio functioned at full capacity for just one year (2003-2004) -- and they made the Western Conference Finals, losing to the Lakers partly because Cassell got hurt.
