I've seen plastic bags you fill with helium, they have battery powered motors with props to propel them around. I would like to know if this is remote controlled, or if it operates autonomously. They have an ethereal quality about them. Liked the penguins also.

Flapping wings are always going to come up less efficient than a propeller, because the wings' mass has to be started moving and stopped, and started moving and stopped, every time they flap. They are, of course, completely beautiful/compelling to watch.

This is very nice, although it wouldn't be very hard to replicate. The helium in the sphere takes most of the weight, the legs create just enough wind to slowly push the whole thing up (and down when the legs are still). Still very, very good.
