yes only in console versions unless Capcom decides to upgrade arcade units but i don't see that happening.

i dunno. it would be pretty bad if all the new characters were tourney worthy and they didn't eventually upgrade the arcades to match the consoles.

i know many major tourneys (i.e. evo) will be using console, but some tourneys will still be using arcade.

i say they'll upgrade sometime in 2009.

Seems like the trend nowadays is for developers to bring the games out in the arcade first as a sort of teaser for when the full game is released on consoles... probably due to arcades not being as profitable as they used to be.
