FDA dont give a shit. Its legal here in the U.S., as long as there making money. I read that high fructose is ilegal in Australia cause of high in mercury, and in the U.S. we eat it in everything. Seems like other countries take care of there people. Norway doesnt buy our corn cause its GMO, etc. it goes on.

With radioactive produce in Japan and tainted pork in China, Asians are really doing themselves damage with limited help from foreigners. The radioactive produce in Japan is expected to be temporary. But the tainted pork in China can recur unless and until Chinese producers re-educate themselves about social responsibility above private short term profits. Lets hope the 2000+ tonnes of meat products and 70 tonnes of fresh meat recalled don't get recycled ending up as food aid. Confiscate these!
