I have this same exact laptop, and it heats up super fast, and super hot, the battery life also runs low, and it sometimes shuts down by itself, I really don't like it that match. /:

@assasinkill2 i understand you completely but the problem with mine is there are marks that appear on the screen for no reason at all you know that my 4 year old desktop has never had any problems but this is just ridiculous now i have my eye on a apple mac book pro cause i am tired of sending it in and nothing is being done . =/
