@gilmore7888 Nyet. You cannot do the Ending Blow even with the Ordon Sword, it won't let you. The game requires you to wield the Master Sword only to even touch Ganondorf, the Ordon Sword goes straight through him as if he were phantom.

It should say "gently shake your nunchuck side to side", since I have to shake it, but not so gently, for the spin attack to work.

The directions are for when you're wiimote and nunchuck are brand new.. it's redundant. When you own it long enough, you have to shake it, but definitely don't shake it too hard or you can break it over time.

if you do thsi trick and get the master sword,are you able to switch bewtween the master sword and wooden sword or does the wooden sword somehow get replaced with the ordon sword?

if you only do this trick, the wooden sword will be replaced when either the Odron Sword gets equipped, or when you get the Master Sword.

However, there is a video linked below this one that shows how to avoid the Odron Sword so you can keep the Wooden Sword permanently.

Depends... if you did this trick, and not the Ordon Sword skip, then yes.. in order to kill the dragon, the wooden sword is rendered useless..

for challenge value, to make fights last longer. The only thing it doesn't work against is the dragon in the Sky Temple.

It's not completely worthless either, especially if you want to show off fighting hard enemies with it.

but i used the gate trick. today but then i forgot about the wooden sword and got the ordan sword and then when i went back to go get it it became my new sword but when i click the start menu it shows the ordan sword but when i play it shows the wooden sword even when i turn it off it still does the same thing is that a glitch? srry for the long comment

Well kinda.. thing is that you will lose the wooden sword in your hands if you equip the Ordon Sword, or get the master sword... that's why you don't get the Ordon sword.

Ya I know... I've only done it 3 out of 120 times. ou need some heafty practice on it, or just get lucky.

When you attack the enemy when he's flying up at it's highest, you need to hold the joystick forward.

The point you step on to activate the cutscene is very small..

no it doesn't, not permanently. Once you switch back to the Master Sword, it's gone from your hands.

You need to avoid the Ordon Sword for this to work.

Actually, this is an older glitch, you can still get the Wooden Sword before this, just that as long as you don't teach the kids anything by playing their games, he won't take the sword.

This was before the Ordon Sword Skip was found, and the Wooden Sword trick was only good for temporary uses.

No it doesn't, in fact, the best part is you get to skip some parts in the beginning, like you won't have to give the sword to that kid.

After then, you get the Ordon Sword anyways before you continue, so, this is so you can use it when you feel like fighting bosses with it, or just keep it forever in the chest.

Only room for 2, when you equip the Wooden Sword, you can only use it once, because the Ordon Sword will still overwrite the Wooden Sword. So if you equip either the Ordon or the Master Swords, the Wooden Sword will disappear.

oh your Ordon Sword still overwrites the Wooden Sword (if you re-equip it), it's just fun to play with once you get it from the chest. As long as you don't equip the Ordon Sword, you can use it.
