@SwaggaRyteTae It is made for live performing, but we use it it in the studio also, it's a great tool! It actually can function as a USB audio interface for your recording software if needed.

Thanks, can you do multiple effects at same time with the live touch like auto tune with another effect? Have you used the voice live synth? I'm just interested in auto tune effect so I'm wondering if it makes sense to spend 500 on the touch or 250 on the helicon synth.hmmmmm

@jstyles3000 Yes, the effects are editable and can be combined like autotune w/reverb, etc... The touch has over 200+ presets and has killer harmonies, so it's a great tool to have. TC Helicon also just released some single pedals with just the auto tune effect, you may want to look into that. The VLive Touch is awesome and you won't be disappointed! Hope this helps :-)

@MsRoseCarmel I did try the C1 single pedal with hardtune effect aka autotune but I never got the autotune sound as noticable as you got it in this video with the voicelive touch...I wonder if it possible that the voicelive touch does the autotune effect better than the 169.00 pedal? - Not sure

love it girls i have the live touch also and want to hook 2 mics as well how did u do that, through a splitter or mixer back into the vlt, i have a lotta fun with it also, iplay it live on ustream and make beats to sing to

@stevedenenberg We only use one mic into the VoiceLive Touch. Since it reads chords and vocals, it may not work well with two mics connected.

For the technically illiterate, what exactly is autotune? I've noticed that same metalic sound in a lot of commercial recordings.

@jugnutgut2 AutoTune is a form of digital pitch correction for singers. The device compensates the notes to fit in a particular scale. The extreme autotune settings is what you are hearing in most modern music. It is vastly overused but fun to play with.
