This story is awful because two grown women did not have to do what they did to that person and the other employees. It was down right mean and low down I hope they get what they deserve. I am a Christian woman who respect everybody and I treat people the way I want to be treated and that is LOVE everybody no matter how evil they may be. I want to go to Heaven when I die and no one is going to hinder me because I love the Lord.

I'm not justifying how those women responded, but I read another article that mentioned that the Walmart greeter physically grabbed their shopping cart and tried to prevent them from leaving the store with their purchased belongings. That was illegal on his part. Door exit receipt checks are supposed to be strictly voluntary - you can ASK to see a customers' receipt, but have no right to force them to show it or attempt to detain them if they refuse.

Awwwwe, alot of the greeters are elderly and handicap. Just show the receipt or don't shop at Walmart. Its not a new policy Walmart have been doing this for many years. I don't think the greeters REALLY look or know what they are looking at on those receipts, anyway.

I work at walmart, and its a classic big corporation shindig going on there. my store manager says "the less people we hire, the more money i make" so he wont let us hire a full crew. we have 6 full time employees unloading the truck and we always have to get help from the people on the sales floor who are next to useless. customer service is terrible at every store. there are 30 something registers but only 5 of them open at any one time so the lines are extremely long. its messed up.
