dude if ur finding it hard to touch the butons on screen, try NOT using your nails, the st550 senses heat not just randm things touching it, and your just guna damage it alot quicker using ur nail.

that shud help if u havnt figured out what ur doing wrong.

This model have Li-ion battery with not very big capacity 950mA and very big LCD display which use comsumes many energy

i bought st500, it comes with the same battery, but i find it doesnt last very long... how about urs?
