well i think its really nice and id be proud to have that hanging up in my home shes learnt very well from her dad shes learnt from the best so you knockers dig a hole and put your head into it
I did not comment about art. My critique is the technique of the artist. If "Impressionism" is the genre, can I see the object that is being represented? This is NOT impressionism, what we have here is a cliche. There is no object but an idea in the mind of a bowl of flowers. Impressionism was an art movement in the 19th century. Every impressionist worked from real life, pushing primary colours around on a canvas is anything but impressionism. As I said this is the work of n amatuer.
I personally love your painting! Brockybearboy art is in the eye of the beholder....and by the way this is obviously impressionism not everyone likes or paints realism. Lets see some of your "masterpieces before you jealously try to tear down another artist.
A classic example of what happens when an amateur is let loose with a box of paint. Words fail me at the level of incompetents. Primary paint mixed into secondary color then mushed into mud with no reference to the object depicted. I would expect a higher standard of work from an infant school.
Visual art is about communicating a concept or idea in paint or any other 2 dimensional media. I don't understand what is going on here. The work is clearly derivative of your father; an illustration or cliche of a bowl of flowers. If this work is a still life why have you not shown the model you are working from? Why have you painted in primary colours?

Art comes in many forms. One man's meat is another man's poison so to speak. I myself like this painting.
