I’ve heard a lot about you and your passion for wine. I love that the show is simple – it’s all about the wine, the food, the passion. Never heard “what grows together, goes together” – but it makes absolute sense. Dan & Fred’s passion for artisanal cooking is contagious! Reminds me that it has been far too long, I need to book one of those tasting menus. Where was I the night the 1983 Margaux made it around the restaurant?! I think your show will be a huge success… Keep us posted!

Hank is great. I love that he is honest and unpretentious giving us choices for great wine on any budget. And the pizza at Aurturo's...The personal pizza's let everyone order their favorite. Mine is the Grecco...what goes with that Hank?
