Moron.... that is english... we are the ones who screwed up the language. Our accent has no flare and is mono tone by comparison. In the UK, they make fun of the 'American' accent.... it's boring to them. We don't hear, or know, how dead our accent is. So when wwe hear a UK one, it sounds different.

Methane found on an extra-solar Hot Jupiter type planet ... considering that the temperature on this planet exceeds 900 degrees centigrade, the methane found there isn't likely to be of organic origin ... I look forward to more Hubblecasts in the future ...

An organic molecule is a chemical compound containing carbon-hydrogen bonds. In this case, the temp. doesn't matter to define if it's organic or not. But I know what you mean, the molecules here didn't come from anything in a form that we know as "alive". The max. temp. at which we might find life is about 150°C. In this heat the chemical bonds that make up amino acids begin to break down, so finding life under 900 C is a bit unlikely. But who knows how life evolves under unknown conditions?
