This is accurate. Light (wt.) camcorders are difficult to steady while walking and using stairs. Panning and tilting disturbs the cam and is actually better performed handheld. Tried it on my bicycle and you might be hard pressed to see any benefit to the Moto at all.
The Moto steadies sweeping motions better than vibrations. The mini-tripod and shoulder brace are good, but can't cover the cost if the steady function isn't effective enough for you.
このテストが悪くて、ガイジンさんにも不評です。（大汗）原因はもしかするとソニーHDVハンディカムが重量的に（バランスはさせてあるものの）オーバーなのと、なにより、マーリンとは構造が全く違う点にあります。モードステディは単純な球体関節のやじろべいで、マーリンはジャイロ的3軸構造（ジンバル）になっています。個人的にはマーリンよりもグライドカムのほうが、調整が楽なはずと思っています。（重量はかさみますが、、）グライドからマーリンに乗り換えて映像の品位を下げてしまった映像作家さんもいらっしゃって、個人的にはかなりそこはシビアに受け止めています。

私の他の動画でフライカムという別のスタビライザーを使った動画があります。そちらはそれなりに揺れを抑えています。これは個体差なのか私の使い方の問題なのか、、努力してもなかなか揺れが、、、ひどくて（笑）苦労しました、という動画です。
