I actually go to the school in the beginning. University of San Diego. It really has a diverse ROTC unit.

And people, don't get your panties in a bunch over this, this was probably directed towards Puerto Ricans in Puerto Rico which is a part of the USA but has a majority Spanish speaking population. And even if it wasn't its still nothing to worry about, just the Navy trying to reach out to the Spanish speaking minority in the USA.

And notice how there were no Spanish subtitles when the when the people spoke English so its like its assuming that everyone watching can speak English

Lol, "whites" don't have to do much. All of Spanish immigrants children(at least the ones in public schools) are fluent English speakers and only around 50% can speak Spanish. Non native English speaking immigrants have been entering this country since it was formed. Accept it. Its called assimilation. "LOL".

USA is a country without official lenguage. Some countries have official lenguage signed in his Constitution, but not USA .

United States Navy is a multi-culture organization. I am a Depper. There are 4 petty officers in the recruiting station i was recuited in. two of the four are african-americans petty officers and the other two are asian americans. my guess is, USN wants a pool sailor of different back ground and different talent , this video is to reach out to the latin demographic.
