I did the slowly lowering head holding calves....however, when i attempted to just "hang in there"...my back hurt and i had to stop..is this normal?? and what can i do to gradually get to this point?
I holded the first pose for 11 minutes straight!!!! Im 11 years old and I have noo exprience in flexibity and I cant dance or hit flips/splits!!!! This hurted alot!!!
okay so i was reading about yoga and it said yoga for better sec wtf?! lol i was like this think cn heal ur slip disc, it make u flexible, it could change your life, it could give u better sex what els can this yoga thing do more ?!

Excellent video. but When I try to put my buttox between my heels it doesn't really work for me cause I have extremely muscular legs so when I try this they tend to tense up,and it feels like its crushing my calfs.Really painfull.
really like this series. could do without the little overlays on the video. melissa a good everyday practice will lead you in the right direction...you can do it.
Now that was very nice I can do the basic camel pose, I'm trying to lose weight in the hope that I can attain some of the flexibility I had in my early 20's. I wish I had never let my flexibility get away from me. Love your videos.

When I do min 1:33 it causes pain in my heels as they are not touching the ground, they are arched, is this because my pose is incorrect?
Also when I bend my head back, I feel very dissy....
Let me know what to do!
