  • I did the slowly lowering head holding calves....however, when i attempted to just "hang in there"...my back hurt and i had to stop..is this normal?? and what can i do to gradually get to this point?

  • When I do min 1:33 it causes pain in my heels as they are not touching the ground, they are arched, is this because my pose is incorrect?

    Also when I bend my head back, I feel very dissy....

  • this is so impressie but I am not sure I can do these stretches. I want to learn more yoga but I am not so flexible or strong but i would rather do this exercise tan start running or something. it seems stress relief and making for a beautiful body.

  • Excellent video. but When I try to put my buttox between my heels it doesn't really work for me cause I have extremely muscular legs so when I try this they tend to tense up,and it feels like its crushing my calfs.Really painfull.

    But wow your flexible...wish I was like you XD

  • Now that was very nice I can do the basic camel pose, I'm trying to lose weight in the hope that I can attain some of the flexibility I had in my early 20's. I wish I had never let my flexibility get away from me. Love your videos.
