Rep. West says that Schultz attacked him personally, but when I listen to her comments on the floor I hear her doing nothing of the sort. She simply pointed out that he supports a plan that will adversely affect many of his senior constituents. She did not call him out of his name or make any personal reference to him. He should have responded by pointing out that her position threatens the financial solvency of our youth many of whom reside in her district! He was out of line!

If you check the various accounts of what happened on the floor of the House after Congressman gave his speech the other day, you will find the reason for Rep. West's comments. His comments are being highly edited to make him look bad. She critiicised him, and he told her to say it to his face, otherwise to shut up and focus on her own district. Seems reasonable to me.
