Did anyone notice that the defy's soft touch keys are flickering... I ve had th is problem on my android as well but a reboot fixes it.. is this a bug ?
@russzkij There is no battery app for the Wave. I can say that for an Android device the Defy battery is very good, but the Wave still lasts longer. The Defy has 3 battery modes, I am trying now on 'saver' mode so it may get close to Wave performance. Will report later.
@russzkij I've been using Dolphin HD and not had any lag. CPU is a TI OMAP 36xx (no one knows exactly for sure). Again, i've had no lag. I tried LauncherPro - tbh, i prefer stock Motoblur - has nice wgts.
The backgroud with the water effect of the motorola is AMAZING!!! Do you think it is possible to have/ make such backgrounds for the samsung wave to? And I really like your news video's for the samsung wave, I am looking forward for the next one!
Do you think, that the apps,which are going to be developed in future for the wave II also will work for the wave s8500? Or do you think,that some kind of screen problems/other problems might appear?
it's not fair because android is so much better in general and will always be... I didn't buy the wave because of its OS, but for the hardware, which is basically better than the iphone and way cheaper. And I know than when my warranty expires I'm switching my OS.
The DEFY looks great, but there've been complaints about a faulty speakers/ear pieces all across Europe; seems like the device is a ticking time bomb.

I read someone oc'd to 1.2Ghz. LG just announced phone with OMAP 3630 (maybe same chip as Defy) running at 1Ghz so prob safe. I don't know.
