where can you find the go cart

You have to go to the carnival (unlocked when you unlock chapter 2) Go to the Go-Kart Carnival which is at the end of a path near the big squid ride (i think) step into the yellow marker buy a ticket, complete the race, buy another ticket & so on once you've completed 5 races u unlock Go-Kart street races and u unlock the Go-Kart which appears near ur bike garage in the school parking lot.
