please i see ufos all the time here and most of them are faint and i need to know how to set this up from scratch

what kind of lens do i need to do this and how do you get the ufo software and the camera to move
Very fast flashing indeed. Just the opposite of one object we saw tonight. One dim light about 3-4000 feet high, No flashing lights at all. Had a faint jet engine noise. Missed recording it.
