i thought that i was a rare fool weeping while listening to this colossal abhanga-but nice to see there are many like me. After i saw the movie, i liked it even better-Balgandharva singing at the backdrop of sky ,lake -completely lost in himself singing this abhanga.Really our life is waste if such Bhakti does not enter our life.

Tonight I heard Shri Anand Bhate talk about this song on Radio One 94.3. He said that lot of people thought that this was an original Balgandharva song but this song has actually been composed by Kaushal S. Inamdar, the music director of this film. It is amazing that in this era, Kaushal has composed such a melodious song that captures the heart of people young and old.... My 9 year old daughter was humming this song the other day and I burst into tears. Amazing Anandji and Kudos to you Kaushal!

@asavarishahane Yup .. original song is in an upbeat raga most probably bageshree (I might be wrong ! ) But Bhairavi as been an amazing choice for such song as , this song is all about calling the Chinmaya (calling almighty at deepest moment- Dhaawaa in marathi). I am glad that young people of my generation do take our music seriously and listens, enjoys it !
