Jensen is most definitely dating Danneel. I was at the Salute to Supernatural in LA in March, and she was there with him. She sat with him during his entire autograph signing. There's a vid on YouTube somewhere with pics of her. A lot of the ladies were talking extreeeeme crap about her...jealousy is such an ugly thing! But she was extremely kind, just so ya know.
