  • this may be awful but damit it was fun when we were kids lol

  • the old jingle is aweful

  • im detecting large quantities of WIN

  • @karoloandria Thanks!

  • OK observations: In the roll call...

Why does Plastic Man sound more like Woozy Winks? And why does Aquaman have the same doofy voice?

Why does Wonder Woman sound like a female impersonator?

Why is Metamorpho given the most macho voice?

And WHYYYYYYY does Batman sound like some Brooklyn guy out of an old time mobster movie? That has to be the least-appropriate Batman voice I ever heard. Worse than Olan Soule!

One last thing: does Operation: Lifesaver come in five flavors?

  • @JMFabianoRPL I think the voices are hilariously bad! But hey, I thought Olan Soule did a cool Batman, for that era, anyway.

  • @90sCartoonMan For some reason I came to think Soule was best on the Filmation cartoons. I guess it hurt his performance that the SF Batman just got dorkier and dorkier. I do, however, always picture Batman with the deeper voice (which is why I liked Adam West when he got on SF/Super Powers Team)

  • @JMFabianoRPL Yeah, Batman should definitely have a deeper voice.

  • @JMFabianoRPL I agree with your sentiments except one: What is wrong with Olan Soule?!

Aside from Kevin Conroy and Adam West, he WAS Batman.

  • The old cartoon/animation/campiness

etc make my brain want to scream twice and liquify, im sorry.

  • Haha, but that's half the fun.

  • zatanna is like AWESOME!

  • What episode is 0:29?

  • "Secret Society", season 2 of Justice League.

  • That was a good vid. I like the song. It gives the feel of the 1960s era.

  • This is kind of scary. I'm glad I wasn't alive for this song to be new.

  • It's a mixture of scary and funny. You've just got to laugh.

  • this song was playing at the second run theater before prince caspian...weird huh?

  • That is pretty weird. I've never heard it outside of its original source.

  • I vote the weirdest song I ever heard.But I love the video!!:D:D:D:D

  • You should hear Metamorpho's theme from his solo adventure album.

  • Are you talking about "The Element Man" from this album?

  • I don't know if it's on that album or not- I heard it on a record that just had a Metamorpho story. It's possible that this JLA thing is a collection of stories that appeared seperately, originally.

  • Campy, you can say that again.

    Nice video.

  • Where can I find this song? I really like it.

  • Awesome! All heroes of my childhood in one video... It really abruptly! Thanks you that has reminded me of those times, when I, having concealed breath, observed of adventures of these heroes. Oh, my eyes... A good song and good video of the good author. Excellent work!

  • Good lip-syncing with the characters.

  • This is an awsome video

  • anyone have a download link or something.

  • That was cute, witty and very brilliant. As a Justice League fangirl, I really enjoyed it:)

  • I like it

a bit long but it certainly has an appeal

  • Groovy. Love the philosophy of the '60s. "Evil MUST be destroyed." Oh, those innocent days.

    tony

  • LOL - too bad JLU is gone. I would love to see an episode where the League is forced to sing this song...much like Batman singing "Am I Blue?" I would think he'd sooner die than do that one.

  • Pretty funny despite some unusual choices on Korb's part (Batman sounds like an old guy? Where the hell is GL? Superman wants to DESTROY criminals?)

  • Where is this song from?

  • The 1960's. A guy named Arthur Korb wrote it and some other songs for solo heroes and released a DC album or something.

  • This song has been added to my Top 5 songs I never want to have stuck in my head.

  • Hehehe, hilarious.

  • Can´t believe I used to see that on CN!!!! LOL I can´t believe I LOVED it LOL and thought the bad guys were really bad!! I was terribly innocent

  • hilarious but too long. ARE YA READY?!

  • The voice that answers Batman in the roll call is freakin' hilarious. Wonderfully cheesy.

  • did you see aquaman flying?

    wth was that about

  • Thankfully that was only in the intro and he never actually flew on the show.

  • lol. good one.

  • that was hilarious

  • wow! i had this on a vinylLP as a kid and forgot all about it until now! other trax were cool too, esp "Metamorpho-the Element Man"! thanx for posting. GREAT JOB editing!!!

  • Loved the song, and the blend of both the newer and the older clips fit it well. Great job!

  • wow, I just feel so much better about life in gereal after watching this video. Thank you, Superfriends, well done

  • That's mighty high praise. Thanks!

  • I can picture the singers all with bowties and really short haircuts and black socks and they just can't WAIT for the next Rock Hudson/Doris Day movie because it's just super-keen.

  • Yeah, that sounds pretty accurate.

  • Like the joker says " thats Hee haw-larious!"

  • Cocaine is a Hellova Drug... This song is weird as Hell!

But im Diggin it, Jack.. really Diggin it!

  • Good stuff! The music is super corny but that and the superfriends clips add to the fun.

  • it superfriends one of them

  • I think it's more than perfect the way it is. I can honestly say that I've never seen a Justice League fan video where everything fits so well. AWESOME STUFF! 5 Stars!

  • I sort of wish you left out the old cartoon clips and just had the corny song and the cool JLU and JL clips instead.

  • hahahaha! that's awesome! it's so funny to hear the voices from different generations mixed together!
