  • That was way more complicated than my 98 civic engine rebuild with my brother in our front yard. Why was the engine replaced rather than rebuilt? Cheaper with shop labor to just buy a new one?

  • That shop looks huge.. how many lifts?

  • hey just one concern, you should be using a engine stand not a engine hoist while the assembly period goes on. all in all very good video.

  • The engine techs at the Ford dealer where I work do this all the time.

  • Nice looking, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. Great work guys. How long did this take overall? Is that the 4.6 or 5.4 V8?

  • safety glasses people! Nice videos on here. thanks

  • What was wrong with the cylinder? Leaking valve or piston problem?

  • Why exactly must you do this? Is it just the way the body is shaped around the engine bay and transmission? I suppose it's easier to work on an engine that's just exposed and doesn't require reaching around but is it worth removing the body?

  • Oh wow, never seen that before!! That's insane...

  • love this video...ashley is hottttt...ashley=were you having problems with that powere steering? thanks for the excellent video but dang it,,didnt get to hear it run for the first time...

  • wow :) ok Question what do you guys do with the a/c system? im sure you had to drain it right?

  • @rickybobby315 We remove the freon and then we refill it when we are done (you need a machine for this).

  • Do you keep the engine oil inside the engine upon removal?

  • @mrjost55 We drain all the oil before removal because we cannot send the core back with oil in it.

  • How common is it to have to lift the body off to change the engine?

  • @s0nnyburnett This is much more common than it used to be we do this often.

  • fantastic job!!!

  • Thank you for taking the time to make these great videos.

  • @josephimports Thanks I would love to make more I just do not have the time lol
