  • Good tips thanks. I have started writing a screenplay. The whole stroy is on my head putting it down on paper carefuly to maintain the orginality and quality. Most likely I will make the movie myself in a small village in India. That is the background, need to come up with money. Any one wants do it just do don't be ever discouraged. I will do no matter what, failure will be there but it should not stop.

  • great tips, yeah a beginning, middle, and end is the equivalent of act 1, act, and act 3 :)

  • Nice tips, thanks...

  • @davedorger Thanks alot man I really appreciate the advice!

  • Thank you so much, I have been watching a lot of videos on screenwriting and most of them just talk about how many pages they write or what time they get up and really nothing about How to do it but your video has been very helpful for me thank you. God bless you. Mr. Jeremiah Root Sr.

  • @Pinhead222 HAHA more like *cough* transformers 2 *cough*

  • Excellent!

    Thanks for this vid.

  • How many pages is a regular completed movie script?

  • 150+

depends on how the writer wants to tell the story.

  • @Isaiasm2006 yeah right, inglorious basterds has 176 pages, I read it, they cut out almost a quarter of it, and it's still a two hour + movie, if you shoot a 150+ pages movie, it's either going to be deeply cut, or it's gonna be as long as an opera in the Elizabethan time.

  • @368jessie

A regular movie script is 90 to 105 pages in length. Isaiasm2006 is so wrong.

  • @DesignTrendy geez that's a lot! lets say a 3 and 1/2 hour movie how long would that be in pages ya think?

  • Hmmm !!! Interesting challenge ... pull/draw your audience in ......

  • Dude, the best thing to do is follow the paradigm of a screenplay (the 3 acts). know your subject and develop characters. Your 100% right about the first ten pages.

  • Thanks Whats your name?

  • well said my friend
