That's is one sweet 4Runner. I can't tell from the crappy video quality, but it looks like a BC license plate and the truck almost looks like something fabbed by Arctic Trucks. To the OP, search on youtube for "Arctic Trucks" and educate your self a little. Trucks like those are how scientists and other people get around in tundra/snowy regions. Although the mudflaps would suggest that they also use it to play in the mud when it's not on the tundra.
