I don't agree with you in your view. I believe that digital menus' are the way of the future, the only variable is when you are going to switch.

I agree that it is an investment in the new venture, but you know the saying nothing ventured nothing gained. Mundo Global Tapas is not the only restaurant that took the step in the iPad direction, and many will follow.

Do u think how much does it cost to operate in whole restaurant? 1 Ipad will cost 700 to 800 US. If he only uses 10 ipad, he already spend 7000$ plus. I've no idea how can he make business by using this menu?Another thing is why people come to restaurant? Simply thinking, they want to have a nice meal. Not an expensive nice menu. Have you think of that way if extra 10 or 20 ipad wifi around while u r eating? Do you think it will effect to health in other way?
