The Jagger (Rolling Stones) song during the love scenes was an absolutely brilliant touch! Reminded me briefly of the movie "Bent". I am again so totally moved by what you have done here. Now Christian and Ollie can buy the "house in the country" and can grow into two adorable old sages and live happily ever after. The curse is broken and love is free and forbidden by none! :)
OK I am an Australian teenager who has tracked their story, seen all the bits on youtube in english subtitles, used up so much bandwidth and stayed up until the early hours of the morning because I had to see the next part and the next part, broke my heart when they stopped being together, and this is just, oh my god my 2012 is made now!! An example I'll give is I was sitting with a colleague who was showing her students "Othello". There is a relatively gratuitous sex scene in it with Lawrence Fishburn and whoever the actress was. I mumbled to her "Oh, another gratuitous sex scene--great!" She laughed and said, "Well, because you know Shakespeare isn't written well enough without a sex scene."

Also, too often we're up for seeing actors make out, and sexually touching each other, regardless of how it affects their lives personally. I often hear the argument: "hey it's a job; they knew what they were getting into when they chose to act” It doesn't quite work that way though. When you decide to become an actor you often don't realize the impact certain scenes will have on your personal life.

everyone who talks about continuity mistakes here. You have to be aware that they are producing 45min of program every day. That's a lot. And with this scenic quality I think it has to be honoured. Little mistakes happen, mostly they have to do one shot because for lack of time. The thing with the arm is maybe of shooting the scene twice and edit the two shots together. Normaly you produce 3min/day for a feature film. Looking at the quality of VL, I say "KUDO cast and team VL".
this episode is one of favorite.. it tells what's the true love can do.. what ever problems comes and what ever pain, it cures with love.. and thats what i feel in this episode it feels me emotional... i love to watch every video of christian and olli.. im your no. 1 fun...
Did anyone catch the continuation error when Chris went to turn on the light because of "burglar Olli" in the hospital, that when you heard him press the button it didn't go on quickly, it took a little longer than known to know that it was Olli? It's at 3:48 in the video.
@ETForever12 don't think that was a real continuity error, my light takes forever to come on- just think Chris was reassured by Oli's voice before light came on-lol you're watchiing this too mant times.Real continuity error 6:40 when Olli puts his arm around Chris, 6.44 not around Chris, 6.47 goes to put arm around Chris again.I spot these errors all the time and gotta say VL has errors virtually every episode but I just let it go, Gotta love VL. Yay! Olli is back....the Olli I used to love and missed for the most part in 2011. Their night at the hospital...so sweet, tender and loving (Olli's nosedive onto the floor, lol, poor guy). And Charlie...welcome back. I love how much she cares for Chris (and giving him hell for getting in the boxing ring). Chrolli deserve to be reunited and will hopefully get a better storyline, soon. I dislike how this SL turned Chris into the bad guy - I didn't buy into it & now I'm happy for & with the boys.

Wow, the friendship between these two actors must be great, because the chemistry on screen is just incredible. The only thing I've ever seen to equal this is Jack Harkness with Jack Harkness on Torchwood and that was sooo brief as to almost be non-existent. These two have the most natural chemistry EVER.
This is one of my fav episodes. Great to see them together. Many funny moments.. the perk up lips when they kiss goodbye, the cheek in tongue comment by Chris about "Olli" the nurse is lucky that his husband just left, the perk up lips of Chris when he joked that Daniel's nurse is sexually harassing patient, the fell off the bed n cute Chris expression, the longing look of Chris when Olli is about to leave..Great onscreen chemistry! So cute to watch Chris expressions! I really really enjoyed it!
have watched this over and over again, can't get enough.Can someone answer me this question,in my country if someone dies,then is on a heart monitor in intensive care the first few nights he would be under observation at least with a nurse checking he is ok every hour so unless it is different in Germany I can't make out how Oli could have stayed the night... anyway with most things the writers come up with in VL i'm just going to suspend reality and enjoy it
When Olli snuck up behind Christian while he was sleeping I thought Christian was going to have another heart attack and I'm surprise Christian didn't say "man you almost gave me another heart attack, that sounds like something Christian would have said.
watching this whole series i observed that MOST OF THE TIME Oliver does the first move, he always be the first one to say the 3 words "I LOVE YOU" (why it's seem that it was hard for Christian to say those word to Olli's face), he always initiate the first date, the first proposal, the first kiss ... smtimes i realized that it was unfair for Oliver's part, Dear writer will it possible for you to make a twist on their character...thank U!!!!!

The scene where they fall asleep in the hospital, that is where the actors unite with the viewers who owned this love story. Bliss, gratitude, coming home feeling of Christian after he turns off the light. Security, not letting their love slip through their finger with Olli's tight grip of Christian's arm. Acting at its excellence!
@drake446 just the once as far as I recall. There were numerous fights, 'breaks' to think things over etc, but only one actual brake up when Olli couldnt forgive and forget the Christian/Jessica incident. All water under the bridge now... Chrolli is back!

The girls are Jessica (the blonde)... and the straw the broke the camel's back regarding the Chrolli split, and Dana (the brunette), a jockey who Christian trains.... well, trained :-s
@damieg82 I have another question. Where does Daniel live? I thought he lives there, too. Now Christian is moving back in with Olli. That is too many people in that one flatshare. I thought the place only could house 3 people - three rooms. But I have to remember that this is a show, so they can put as many people in the apartment.
@genevievewyatt good question. There are definitely four rooms, not three. From the early episodes, Chris had his room, Olli had one, and Judith and Lydia each had their own, so that makes four. Before that, it was Chris (with Coco), Olli, Arno, and another couple, so that makes 4 again.
Since all are currently occupied, if Daniel does live in the flat-share I assume he shares Andi's room. And Chris will be moving back into his old room with Olli... can't wait!
@lakeviewish Good Idea. I think they could get a shot of Gregor and Luise at their castle that they moved to speaking on the phone. Gregor could give encouragement to his brother. Or he could visit and maybe bring one or both of the kiids. This could be a guest appearance. Here in the USA, shows do this. I don't know about there in Germany. But I like your point too.
@lakeviewish One of many things that make no sense. Christian & Gregor were very close. Christian had a major heart episode that almost killed him. Gregor would be there at all costs. I understand that the actors who played Gregor & Luise might no longer be available, but just blowing it off with a phone call is totally unrealistic.
@nejibyakugankyo I appreciate your viewpoint, because to be honest it did seem rather hokey--structural parts of the narrative were not very strong. It did feel a little like an executive mandate: "the fans want this, so we'll just slap these two together". What do you think could've made the story more believable for you? I've thought of a few myself, but keep in mind there are most likely budget constraints, i.e. keeping C in the hospital longer, means that VL would be paying for more extras.
I love Chrolli like...more than what would be considered normal hahaha they're so disgustingly beautiful together, and I am so so so damn happy they have reunited. I would however like to see a real talk between them about why they broke up (Christian's constant cheating on Olli with girls, and all that bullshit) just so we can have a REAL clean slate. Not that its not already clear, but I wanna hear Christian say one more time that he doesn't want girls, he only wants Olli.
@prettyoddlove7 You're right, but what Christian has said & what Christian has done in the past are not the same thing. There have been too many instances of his fooliing around with women when he gets mad at Olli. Olli said it best when he told him, "Maybe you need to figure out who you are because I don't know who you are anymore."

Help! I have a problem. Every time this episode ends my hand suddenly moves and hits play all by itself. I've watched this episode so many time I can recite it...in German and I don't even speak it. I feel this is something I might need medical attention for or at least a support group. Ok who am I kidding? Even if I found a group I would fall off the bandwagon in under an hour. I need my Chrolli fix to get me through the day. Ahhh the love for two gorgeous men; can't get any better than this.

I was not bold enough to watch it after their marriage as I heard there was some fights and they were separating. I had been waiting for this moment so that I dared to pick up the stories after their sweety and lovely wedding. Now I can go back to see what actually happened between the two in the past year! XD
It was so cute how Christian puckered up for that kiss before Ollie left. I love how there's no more anger or reproach, just Ollie and Christian knowing they belong together. And on a side note, Daniel is a hottie.
I too have walked around with a silly smile today thinking of all the sweet, fun - and scary lol (Olli sneaking in as a nurse scared ME heh)! But can someone explain his comment and face expression the next morning when Chris joked about harrassing nurses.. Did Olli get worried he had exhausted Chris or was he hurt for a split second not liking the joke? Not a biggie, just interesting. Also, Chris not even asking Olli are you OK?! when he fell off the bed lol... like it happens all he time, lol.

Wow, the friendship between these two actors must be great, because the chemistry on screen is just incredible. The only thing I've ever seen to equal this is Jack Harkness with Jack Harkness on Torchwood and that was sooo brief as to almost be non-existent. These two have the most natural chemistry EVER.

This is one of my fav episodes. Great to see them together. Many funny moments.. the perk up lips when they kiss goodbye, the cheek in tongue comment by Chris about "Olli" the nurse is lucky that his husband just left, the perk up lips of Chris when he joked that Daniel's nurse is sexually harassing patient, the fell off the bed n cute Chris expression, the longing look of Chris when Olli is about to leave..Great onscreen chemistry! So cute to watch Chris expressions! I really really enjoyed it!

have watched this over and over again, can't get enough.Can someone answer me this question,in my country if someone dies,then is on a heart monitor in intensive care the first few nights he would be under observation at least with a nurse checking he is ok every hour so unless it is different in Germany I can't make out how Oli could have stayed the night... anyway with most things the writers come up with in VL i'm just going to suspend reality and enjoy it

watching this whole series i observed that MOST OF THE TIME Oliver does the first move, he always be the first one to say the 3 words "I LOVE YOU" (why it's seem that it was hard for Christian to say those word to Olli's face), he always initiate the first date, the first proposal, the first kiss ... smtimes i realized that it was unfair for Oliver's part, Dear writer will it possible for you to make a twist on their character...thank U!!!!!

@drake446 just the once as far as I recall. There were numerous fights, 'breaks' to think things over etc, but only one actual brake up when Olli couldnt forgive and forget the Christian/Jessica incident. All water under the bridge now... Chrolli is back!

@genevievewyatt good question. There are definitely four rooms, not three. From the early episodes, Chris had his room, Olli had one, and Judith and Lydia each had their own, so that makes four. Before that, it was Chris (with Coco), Olli, Arno, and another couple, so that makes 4 again.
Since all are currently occupied, if Daniel does live in the flat-share I assume he shares Andi's room. And Chris will be moving back into his old room with Olli... can't wait!

Or he could visit and maybe bring one or both of the kiids. This could be a guest appearance. Here in the USA, shows do this. I don't know about there in Germany. But I like your point too.

@lakeviewish One of many things that make no sense. Christian & Gregor were very close. Christian had a major heart episode that almost killed him. Gregor would be there at all costs. I understand that the actors who played Gregor & Luise might no longer be available, but just blowing it off with a phone call is totally unrealistic.

@nejibyakugankyo I appreciate your viewpoint, because to be honest it did seem rather hokey--structural parts of the narrative were not very strong. It did feel a little like an executive mandate: "the fans want this, so we'll just slap these two together". What do you think could've made the story more believable for you? I've thought of a few myself, but keep in mind there are most likely budget constraints, i.e. keeping C in the hospital longer, means that VL would be paying for more extras.

I love Chrolli like...more than what would be considered normal hahaha they're so disgustingly beautiful together, and I am so so so damn happy they have reunited. I would however like to see a real talk between them about why they broke up (Christian's constant cheating on Olli with girls, and all that bullshit) just so we can have a REAL clean slate. Not that its not already clear, but I wanna hear Christian say one more time that he doesn't want girls, he only wants Olli.

There have been too many instances of his fooliing around with women when he gets mad at Olli. Olli said it best when he told him, "Maybe you need to figure out who you are because I don't know who you are anymore."

Seriously if I were Olli I'd tell Charlie to take the swans back to the shop and get a refund! They can do without any more symbolism. So glad they spent the night in the hospital together as it's exactly what you would do after coming so close to losing someone. Loved the hug that Dana gave Olli in the flat, laughed at Andi not caring less about Rafa's broken heart and did anyone notice how uninterested Jessica was about Christian's health or their reunion? So much for she and Olli being BFFs.

Help! I have a problem. Every time this episode ends my hand suddenly moves and hits play all by itself. I've watched this episode so many time I can recite it...in German and I don't even speak it. I feel this is something I might need medical attention for or at least a support group. Ok who am I kidding? Even if I found a group I would fall off the bandwagon in under an hour. I need my Chrolli fix to get me through the day. Ahhh the love for two gorgeous men; can't get any better than this.

I too have walked around with a silly smile today thinking of all the sweet, fun - and scary lol (Olli sneaking in as a nurse scared ME heh)! But can someone explain his comment and face expression the next morning when Chris joked about harrassing nurses.. Did Olli get worried he had exhausted Chris or was he hurt for a split second not liking the joke? Not a biggie, just interesting. Also, Chris not even asking Olli are you OK?! when he fell off the bed lol... like it happens all he time, lol.
