its in Greek and that ceremony took place in Leukada island located in Ionian Sea. That young man took the Angelic owth and became an Orthodox monk named. He also baptised again (due to his rebirth) and took the name Ioannikios

why is the bishop blessing like the pope for half of the cross and then like an orthodox the cannons forbid this!

@nikoinwinnipeg no but maybe the sign of the cross destroys the heads of the dragons that lurk in the seas. It isnt the way the priest or bishop holds his fingers, its the actions and intentions. We are orthodox not because of the way we hold a censer or the way the priest positions his fingers for a blessing, rather we are orthodox because our faith is the true faith. Our faith does not depend on minor details, it depends on our relationship to God most holy.

SHOW me the dogma of how a priest or a bishop blesses...it isnt dogma, it is tradition. you are no better than luthers "sola-scripture", you should be called a follower of "sola-tradicio"
