I think most of them are well cut, especially the "Your parents have been eaten by cannibals!!" one. It's hilarious but it takes out the seriousness of the scene. They should have left the scale one, because it explain why Regina never realize she was gaining weight, and the final one. It redeems Regina more and its hilarious :).

I prefer the ending that was left in the movie because its more realistic. Regina didn't have to come out and forgive Cady, all she did was give a head nod and that was perfect. They didn't stay friends or need to talk it out- It was just a simple acknowledgement. So, I'm glad they cut the bathroom scene because it just seemed forced.
