I've solved a Rubik's cube a lot so i have a lot of experience solving it so i could tell that this guy is not explaining everything and leaving out a few parts. I wouldn't be surprised if someone couldn't understand the first step. You'll have to know the basics first. The moves are correct, it's just that this person expects beginners to know intermediate Rubik's cube facts. Also, he doesn't show and algorithm or code to remember the moves.
