perfect (-: as a man who's had a 3 level spinal fusion (and then learned the lessons and did the self work!) I'd love to have had access to this type of knowledge/ info on emotional, energy and pain association etc in life previous to having a spine full of nuts and bolts. ahhh, hindsight (-; Keep up the good work!

It's weird when they say 'curviture of the spine' bec her spine doesn't look anything diff to mine, side-on.
But I don't go "OH!" and stand up, with some help.
