The car is actually completely still, and the background is chroma-keyed behind him. The "card" is actually a small OLED screen that he is controlling remotely with his right hand. Watch it in HD, and you'll see that the window is actually a one-way mirror. You can also see the the wires holding the card in the reflection in his glasses. Also, the reflection in the rear view mirror doesn't match the outside. You can tell the card is fake because everyone knows there is no queen of diamonds.
