@StarWell101 I could be completely wrong, but I heard that this was sung in her boyfriend's point of view, or at least in the view of someone who liked her. Miku is in the hospital dying, and the song is pretty much saying how the guy who's in love with Miku would commit suicide just to be with her even if it means that she would hate him for killing himself.

There are other meanings to this song, but this is the meaning that most people seem to agree on.
