When it was on WGN, it had a special intro that ended with either one of the stars(Nicholas Campbell, Ian Tracey or Venus Terzo) saying, "And the inquest begins now."
Da Vinci's Inquest is an extraordinary TV series. I'm never quite sure when the actors are following the script and when they are improvising. In this episode, the camera stayed on Nicholas Campbell for the entire first scene in one continuous, unedited shot that lasted over 10 minutes. A clever and inventive show that never played down to its audience. For another great episode, check out "It's Backwards Day".
This is the scene that makes me love this show. It goes on for a few more minutes just like this with the characters going about their day in a natural manner. Thanks for posting.
