well when they say love sucks they are speaking of the way the World uses the word Love. it is a secular view of love. As a believer we know the real meaning of Love. So I can see y he says its a conversation starter. So Love as the way the World defines it. Not everyone understand Pure Love

I've heard people say that they fall in and out of love easily. The world does not understand that its view of love is really lust. Therefore, "your definition of love sucks" then use this open door to share with them about true love. I remember listening to girls that engaged in fornication say that they were in love. "Love sucks" I don't want out of wedlock children, soul ties, and diseases. This is what "Love" will give you. This is a great way to get the attention of the people. Excellent!

God is love. the shirt is not separating you from the world but adding to the indescency of it. the meaning might be all well and good but who really thinks "they are a Christian" when they look at you and read that shirt. Same for some of the EX shirts. Dont get me wrong i want an EX shirt but we must use wisdom in what we support and sport. Appearance is our testimony beyond our words. God Bless!

When I used to live my life according to the ways of this world I always ended up empty handed and left w/ an overwhelming feeling of loneliness. idk about love sucks. i mean truth is love doesnt suck. maybe the "worldly" concept of love but the Bible requires love. So i see where he coming from but the initial impression has nothing to do with God. perhaps it can open conversation for the gospel? my opinion, not wise. like possibly something explaining true love on the back.

To put "love sucks" on apparel and market it as being Christian based is inappropiate. Love doesn't suck, God is love. So even though I hear your message loud and clear, and I even agree, I think your message that you are trying to convey will be misinterpreted. Esp. by the people who are not curious enough to ask.

I feel ya Facey. I teach too and rocked this shirt at my job on casual Friday. EVERYONE was asking about it and wondering why I would say "love sucks." Most thought I was referring to "love" as a regular human emotion; I clarified it meant "the kind of love that expresses itself by delighting in everything God hates." Told my students and they were like "huh?" "What's that about, we don't get it? God? Huh?" I was like dag this generation is "churchy," but clueless about the true things of God.

Praise God for this video. It is good to hear a young man speak the truth about sexuality in the world. All young people need to hear this message because we are so caught up in the magazines, music, videos, movies, celebrities and other stuff that glorifies sexual immorality, which in the end can lead us to eternal damnation.
