Yes they may have name differences and/or different numbers but the body structure is meant for military simulation. Defined roles are used more than PB? In airsoft, you lug your 50 pound M134 Mini Gun to a house, set up a tripod, laser, scope, and 30 in barrel. Then wait... In PB, you have plans on who is running up front, sliding into snake (long bunker about 2 feet high), going left, right, and staying in the back for covering fire. You communicate and make snap decisions, and make new plans on field when all goes wrong.

Getting shot by one paintball is the equivalent of getting shot by 11.7 BB's. Airsoft players always bitch about being over shot, in speedball you get over shot all the time and no one complains. When people shoot 13+ bps its almost impossible to NOT overshoot when bunkering. And you say the military uses airsoft, no they use MILES or sims.
