now just gotta come up with a better way to clean water.. thanks to modern medicine... youll find alot of residue stuff in the water, that treatment plants cannot filter out :P
@ronaldartwell i disagree, UV technology could be built in which would sterilise the water in a non=toxic way, the way this thing looks, there will be no external points that interact with your bottle as it uses a special valve system. Anyway, its certainly safer and cleaner that the horrid water fountains most cities have.

just curious, but in this concept did they take into account that people sharing a filling station might as well be sharing each others bottles as far as germs and bacteria are involved? nice idea though
would love this to become a reality, the current drinking water solution in cities is so wasteful and costly, bottled water is awfully wasteful, i could see this in offices and banks, libraries all over where a water dispenser would be too bulky and ugly.
@bradclarkuk I agree with you on this one.... it would be better for nice indoor buildings; while if it were out in public there might be some pretty immature people that manage a way to ruin this concept, such as sticking gum on it or something.
