I guess this just goes to show how much Neo grows later on when he takes on Smith himself in the Subway. I mean, Neo isn't quite "The One" yet, but he's instantly became more powerful than Morpheus because (like he said) he was "beginning to believe". As such, Neo was much more capable of taking him, albeit with ill effects, but he was still technically the victor of that fight.

God, it's still shocking how much better the first movie is compared to the sequels. This fight is SO brutal, it doesn't look choreographed in the slightest, and yet it still maintains that visual style that helped define the next ten years of action/thriller movies. Classic.

@shininglight78 I'm assuming you live in Europe? From what I understand, in the UK, headbutting is a huge taboo in movies for some reason so headbutts are normally removed in the DVDs for that region. We don't have to worry about that in the states.
