I liked the video and I like wolves. I have lived in Alaska for 20 years and rarely have seen a wolf. They generally stay out of town. Someone posted that there are no known deaths attributed to wolves. This is not true. There was a recent death in Alaska (couple of years back) in a small village, Chignik Lake It appeared that she had been killed by more than one wolf. The women was running alone and very small (5'0 100 lbs or so). Much more people are killed by dogs annually.
I understand 4 deaths since 1900, two of those were rabid wolves, domestic dogs have worse reputation.

At most, we've got up to 5 attacks - none of them lethal - yearly (while dog attacks number in thousands). well, i'll be the one to say it, but this little movie is SO misleading. My 6 year old son just asked me if he could go cuddle with those wolves because they looked nicer then the ones we have here. I'm sorry, but my kids just watched a wolf tear their 220 lb St.Bernard into ribbons right in our fenced back yard. I know from personal experiences on more then one occasion what wolves do when you're alone in the wilderness. Thank Goodness for a clear mind and a loaded weapon.

I grew up in the mountains,once a pack of wolves came into town,they were killed except for two pups.Fish&wildlife people had them outside their trailer chained up and we would go play with them.My dog was also part Timber Wolf,most beautiful animals.Thank you for reminding me of my childhood! Very beautiful video!! And so, so true!! Though I have only personally met one wolf, I was not afraid of him, nor he of me.....I have never been afraid of these beautiful animals.....this video needs to be shared far and wide!! Thank you for sharing!!

Primordial. We have, after all, evolved together . . . grown up together. These are our ancestral dogs. We owe wolves a lot. Certainly we owe them more respect than we've been granting them recently . . .

This video makes me wonder if not only wolves are misunderstood but many more creatures of the wild. Man would just as soon shoot to kill these beautiful wolves tha try and understand the love they have for man and other creatures of the earth.

I love these kinds of videos. Although it reminds me of the beautiful snow country I haven't seen in a long time.
Wolves are a necessity of nature.
Remember what happened when they eradicated them from yellowstone....
In no time at all, it made the yellowstone river change coarse!!

I grew up in the mountains,once a pack of wolves came into town,they were killed except for two pups.Fish&wildlife people had them outside their trailer chained up and we would go play with them.My dog was also part Timber Wolf,most beautiful animals.Thank you for reminding me of my childhood! What a lovely video and the music is superb.Much peace&love from Canada ;-)

Wolves are beautiful creatures and I often hear of instances where (dogs) save human lives. Wolves may be dangerous, but they are also the family of the same animals we call friends. :D This video made me tear up. It's so beautiful that they would watch. There is such a deep meaning to this man's journey and their behavior. Great video!
