Now the cold war 's over and the arms' race is no longer what it used to be instead, it gradually becomes a war between the elite and the rest of the population around the world. The elite wants slaves who will obey them like DOGs, and that's already happening on many work places as people are willing to do anything for money, until they realise it is not for their benefit.

World war 3 won't be a war of nations against nations, the success of globalization will see to that. When citizens of the global community begin to discover the evil nature of the system, they will begin to rebel causing a world wide rebellion. Military personnel and police will finally recognize that they are also citizens and will refuse to suppress the rebellions, even join in. This is when the elites will unleash there clones and machines on humanity.
