The mindset of Asians and Westerners are very different, therefore, you cannot say that "Democracy will work for Thailand". Asians are deeply rooted with their culture and tradition, and it is their norm to preserve and abide by it. And what really is going on is that Thaksin uses the communist ideology to use the poor while the outcome of his type of government is contradictory.

Thaksin plays a major role in the red shirt movement...where do you think the funding is coming from?
