GPS systems may not be working much longer do to lack of funds to replace satlelites. I do geocaches and have seen this on the news. Their accuracy will go down hill starting in 2010 if the satlelites are not fixed.
The truth is starting 2012 no additional funding will be used to fix the L1/L2 signals. However the receivers in this video are either MS 980s or MS 990s and those pieces of equipment will not be affected because they also receive additional signals that are not affected by the funding cut.
Saddle Dike. Just raises the elevation of the ground so that when the lake reaches flood stage it doesn't go over the low spot and flood subdivisions below it.
