Cut out most of your sweets & have one day allowing you to have sweets. Drink diet soda & diet juice as a rewards on Fridays for drinking so much water during the week. Losing a pound a day is extremely unhealthy.

1lb a day is very unhealthy. You're losing a lot of water and nutrients. Eating less is actually a common misconception, people actually need to eat more (a light but big breakfast, a snack, lunch, snack, light dinner) You usually wouldn't want to eat at least three hours before you go to bed. (Maybe I should practice what I preach lol)
Good luck... it's not going to work. In the long run you're just going to break down and binge. Furthermore, you're not going to get enough nutrition to maintain good health. Do yourself a favour and please eat more vegetables and fruits throughout the day... collect that will power of yours and stay away from refined foods that contain lots of sugar/sodium. This will be a positive change that you will carry throughout your lifetime. Nice work in regards to the bulletin though.
That's what I did two years ago I would only eat one meal a day and workout on the treadmill for an hour and I did lose the weight but gain it all back because one meal a day is not going to last forever

Okay, so before I was trying to eat maybe one meal a day, and sure I lost weight. I was 105 at fourteen. Then I went on vacation, and ate more.. yeah, I got home and I was 113- it's true you do gain weight so much faster. And I've been observing that for weeks now. Now I'm starting to eat healthier, with more meals a day, and it's much much better. So don't starve yourself, seriously, it's not worth it..
Board idea is great. The breakfast is the most important meal of the day do not skip it do not have it light you can eat in high quantities but ofc no fatty no sugary foods. What i mean is cheese olives whole wheat breads some honey for fast carbs etc. Then have a moderate lunch and again try not to eat fatty and sugary foods. throw a fruit between lunch and dinner. Then dinner now you have to be careful with dinner eat less and no fatty no sugary foods. fruit till sleep is ok.
this is helping me get started though. im 158 right now, and im aiming to be 145 (healthy for my height & body shape, 5'7)
110 is not a healthy goal. 120-130 would be the healthiest, and then just tone your body from there:)
also, the diet... it is anorexic. eat a banana/fruit for breakfast, a late lunch (of a balanced meal) and then veggies for dinner. & LOTSSS of water. :) jogging/exercise too!
oh yea and one more tip is to to eat about 5 times a day..
1. breakfast
2. snack (i usually have yoghurt)
3. lunch
4. snack (fruit or something HEALTHY!)
5.dinner
and try not to eat dinner after about 630-7 so you can burn dinner off before you go to bed

its better to eat six meals a day. i was skipping meals and it would make me sick to the point that i would vomit. i visited the doctor and he said i didnt eat enough. please dont starve yourself like she does. i mean losing 165 pounds is amazing, but it is not healthy for her.
You need to stop doing this. the board thing, and drinking water is a good idea, but one meal is NOT. Plus, anything involving a pound a day weight loss is unhealthy and unrealistic. Two pounds a WEEK should be your maximum. That can be attained through meals, and some small snacks throughout the day. This is a starvation method. Do Not try it.
eating one big meal slows down your matabolism by making your body think its starving. your body burns off weight quicker if you eat small but constant snacks. so instead of eating that penutbutter and jelly sandwich and veggies and dessert. you should maby take two rits crackers and spread penutbutter on them and put a slice of apple on each one n drink a bottle of watter. eat teeny tiny snacks 5 times a day, Drink water, and dont exeed more than 800 calories in a day. i lost 51 lbs tht way
The bulletin board is a great idea, but the one meal a day thing is not healthy. You will just gain all the weight back. The best thing to do is to eat three meals a day, but no snacking in-between, have healthy meals and to stop eating as soon as you feel full up. It keeps the weight off and you won't feel hungry too much.
1 meal a day is not a a good idea. this weight loss will not keep up, and u cant keep that up for the rest of ur life, so ull end up gaining the weight back. its not healthy to only eat once a day. its horrible for ur metabolism. but i loved the whole sticky note thing. im gonna try that.
@emilysingin well concidering 1 pound is about 3,500 calories i would say one pound a day is great!! by the end of the week u can lose 7 pounds!! thats fantastic!!

You rly need 3 meals a day. Eat healthy vegitables and lean meat and as replacement for desert have fruit. Drink all water not flavored drinks and most importantly exersise. You will get there much faster if you eat right and exersise.

You should really eat three meals a day, breakfast and lunch being the largest. You shouldn't eat after 7 oclock, and you should have two small snacks such as fruit in between each meal. Poptarts are also empty calories, you shouldn't eat those especially not more than once a week if you want serious weightloss.

I only ate one lean cuisine a day for lunch and then a 100 calorie pack, yogurt, or mini bag of popcorn latet for supper. i went to the track and walked but thats about all my excerise

Board idea is great. The breakfast is the most important meal of the day do not skip it do not have it light you can eat in high quantities but ofc no fatty no sugary foods. What i mean is cheese olives whole wheat breads some honey for fast carbs etc. Then have a moderate lunch and again try not to eat fatty and sugary foods. throw a fruit between lunch and dinner. Then dinner now you have to be careful with dinner eat less and no fatty no sugary foods. fruit till sleep is ok.

i love the bulletin board idea, BUT!
the way you are losing weight IS NOT healthy.
this is helping me get started though. im 158 right now, and im aiming to be 145 (healthy for my height & body shape, 5'7)
110 is not a healthy goal. 120-130 would be the healthiest, and then just tone your body from there:)
also, the diet... it is anorexic. eat a banana/fruit for breakfast, a late lunch (of a balanced meal) and then veggies for dinner. & LOTSSS of water. :) jogging/exercise too!

the advice your giving people is dangerous...its an EATING DISSORDER,
once you start eating meals again your bodys going to gain the weight back rapidly.

oh yea and one more tip is to to eat about 5 times a day..
1. breakfast
2. snack (i usually have yoghurt)
3. lunch
4. snack (fruit or something HEALTHY!)
5.dinner
and try not to eat dinner after about 630-7 so you can burn dinner off before you go to bed
its a little slower than your diet, but its healthy and works REALLY WELL! promise ;)
i've been doing it for about 4 months now and i've lost all my fat, and now i'm at my normal weight where i cant lose anymore (without starving myself)

i've been on a diet too and what i've been going is eating like oatmeal or special k for breakfast, and then for lunch i usually have a big salad and some yoghurt, and then for dinner i always have some kind of protein and salad.. i have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.. (i lose weight easily though)
and ofcourse replace soda and stuff for water.. cause then your still healthy and your eating.. JUST EAT HEALTHY DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!

its better to eat six meals a day. i was skipping meals and it would make me sick to the point that i would vomit. i visited the doctor and he said i didnt eat enough. please dont starve yourself like she does. i mean losing 165 pounds is amazing, but it is not healthy for her.

You need to stop doing this. the board thing, and drinking water is a good idea, but one meal is NOT. Plus, anything involving a pound a day weight loss is unhealthy and unrealistic. Two pounds a WEEK should be your maximum. That can be attained through meals, and some small snacks throughout the day. This is a starvation method. Do Not try it.

eating one big meal slows down your matabolism by making your body think its starving. your body burns off weight quicker if you eat small but constant snacks. so instead of eating that penutbutter and jelly sandwich and veggies and dessert. you should maby take two rits crackers and spread penutbutter on them and put a slice of apple on each one n drink a bottle of watter. eat teeny tiny snacks 5 times a day, Drink water, and dont exeed more than 800 calories in a day. i lost 51 lbs tht way

The bulletin board is a great idea, but the one meal a day thing is not healthy. You will just gain all the weight back. The best thing to do is to eat three meals a day, but no snacking in-between, have healthy meals and to stop eating as soon as you feel full up. It keeps the weight off and you won't feel hungry too much.

1 meal a day is not a a good idea. this weight loss will not keep up, and u cant keep that up for the rest of ur life, so ull end up gaining the weight back. its not healthy to only eat once a day. its horrible for ur metabolism. but i loved the whole sticky note thing. im gonna try that.

I was told be a weight loss dr. that only eating one meal a day does let you loose weight really fast at first... But after a while you gain it all back. But idk i guess all peoples bodies are diffrent

eatin one meal a day is not healthy and it does not help with weight loss, when ur stomach growls (ur hungry) it slows down ur matabolizum (the prosses of burning calories). u should eat all ur meals just eat slowly because it takes awhile for ur stomach to tell ur brain ur full,so when u feel full ur over stuffed.

i do like the posty note idea, im deffinatly gunna try that... but with pants sizes instead of pounds cuz i dont have a scale,... and i dont know, that sound kind unhealthy, cuz it kinda like staving yourself... well, imean if you weigh enuf than it fine i guess, but if your lighter and not that healthy it can be dangerous. i weigh more than you, llike i weigh around 200, and i wanna get down to a size 7 or 5 cuz im prettytall, so that would be a good size for me. ill try it, i hope i done faint

Hey, i did like some of your ideas. but most of them were very unhealthy, you must eat 3 meals a day 1 is very unhealthy. you do need some calories, calories are not a bad thing, you just cant have too many. and the whole poster thing was pretty cool im gonna have to try that

You rly need 3 meals a day. Eat healthy vegitables and lean meat and as replacement for desert have fruit. Drink all water not flavored drinks and most importantly exersise. You will get there much faster if you eat right and exersise.

You should really eat three meals a day, breakfast and lunch being the largest. You shouldn't eat after 7 oclock, and you should have two small snacks such as fruit in between each meal. You should ONLY drink water for a good diet. Eating once a day will 'fuck' your metabolism and ruin your weightloss. Poptarts are also empty calories, you shouldn't eat those especially not more than once a week if you want serious weightloss.

it worked for me.. i was eating out a lot before though.. and i'm 19 and everyone says it's easier to lose weight when you're younger. I only ate one lean cuisine a day for lunch and then a 100 calorie pack, yogurt, or mini bag of popcorn latet for supper. i went to the track and walked but thats about all my excerise
