I adore this movie; there are so many wonderful scenes but this is the best. He's a guy who marries his therapist and then fucks one of her patients. Kirstie Alley is wonderful, utterly humiliated and crushed but delivers some of the funniest lines ever.

This movie is no Annie Hall, in my opinion, his masterpiece, but has quite a few truly perfect scenes. Kirstie Alley FLIPS out like a maniac! Perfection! She screams at him while "treating" a patient at a therapy session. Lots of cursing so no kiddies please.

I really adore this movie. It's a testament to the condition of the artist, and how he's never *really* able to participate in life because he's too busy observing.
