Only available during Halloween event on servers, you will need to wait until the event around October 2009 to get them. Basically you go from door to door and instead of entering it it opens and either rewards you with a drop of some type (costumes being one type) or a group of (Event Badge Enemies.) They are not Perm (not sure about Pumpkin head) and only last about 2 weeks. Hope this helped some.

Yes, this year there seem to be more costumes available, and the New Zombie Raids give 3 new Badges to boot... It also seems much easier to win Costumes and and such this year, the ToTing is easier and faster.

You could say its easy this year ^_^ i had a level 14 Ice/Rad when the event first started and i got the pumpkin head costume peice just going around, ToT'ing for the costumes, and salvage drops. Since then people in my sg been farming ToT's because it is simply easy to stand in that one spot and click the door with a team of 6. And really easy to kill the spawns too...

so the events are automaticly temp powers to all players on day one of event?? or you got to make them?

During the Event you go Door-to-door Trick-or-Treating, or ingame known as (ToT.) These were random drops along with Large Insps/Salvage/Inf etc. with each encounter, to get the whole set you had to ToT for a long time. They will probably repeat Halloween 2008- but that's only a guess.

how do you change your costume like that??? ive been trying 2 figure it out 4 a while i am onl lvl 11 can I?

During the Halloween Event the "Costumes" were temp powers and to change costumes you just used the macro for that costume in your power tray. This cannot be done with normal "non-temp power" costumes as there is a timer that makes you wait between changes even if you bind it to a key. Wish I knew a way to do it to.

hmmm, i spose, i think there shud be more variety on the current powers, like instead of the old "throw the arms out an tp in a whit burst" how about ur char creates a little black hole an hops through it to your targeted place. just a suggestion.

Now that NCsoft has exclusive rights to it things may change some from how they used to be. Cryptic Studios is no longer part of the CoX franchise last I heard. There is an excellent thread on the official CoH forums for game suggestions, you should place yours there, the Devs do look at that, I have added a few myself. But jumping into a hole you open up sounds pretty kool, maybe open it up as your falling to catch yourself.

i think next issue they should make a new like travel power, wall scaling, or web slinging thing that spider man does. problem is that wood be stupidly hard to make!

I can see web slinging, but as that is really only common to ONE Trademarked Super Hero I doubt they ever will, who can say for sure though. I know there will be new Water Powers and have heard that there are plenty more Issues to be released. Wouldn't wall climbing be slow? I mean no matter how you slotted it it could never be a fast mode of travel, and Travel powers usually imply a quick mode of travel, least in CoX. Would be nice though at least for asthetic purposes.

Gave the same type of defense to your toon as it gives to the PPD Hardsuit NPC. Heck any type of temp actual defense would be helpful. Just wishful thinking on my part... it's just a costume lol :P
