'Android Sync Manager Wifi' is pretty good. So far I've synced my songs to my droid. It was easy to setup and it has features like conact sync, calendar sync, and music/picture/video sync. Oh...and you can also delete stuff from the phone (from the PC).
It also comes with a PC Manager program. PLUS, it's FREEEEEEEE. But, I haven't tried Double Twist yet...So idk.
