From what i know a a GTR skyline in the only 4WD skyline , and with its power distribution across the 4 wheels (if needs be it will power oposit corners) making a GTR skyline drift like a RWD car is a simple matter of pulling a fuse , as for GTS and GTT skylines well they are RB26 powered RWDs so are fairly easy to drift

 Also you should see some of the rally boys drift 4WD cars its unreal

DriftDreamer, they don't convert the Skylines to RWD, they leave them 4WD. That way, they can do drifts that are more sideways, because the front wheels will pull the front end straight better than if they weren't powered. That's why Skyline's are so popular for drifting.

No one can argue that you can drift an AWD car but the problem is that you can only do low speed drifts (such as a skid pad exhibition). When it comes to top end drifting like the D1 drivers that go sideways 80 degrees at 95 mph you have to have RWD.
