"just another massively overrated irish quisling"
Firstly: please, on behalf of all Darwinists, never, ever have children.
Secondly: Seamus Heaney is a Nobel Laureate, and widely considered the best living European poet. Seriously, if you must spit venom, at least keep turn away from Ireland's greatest living treasure.
Finally: 'Quisling' is actually a political term. As the great Robert Frost once put it:
"Politics is about the grievance, Poetry is about the grief".
@Mystro84 "Never, ever have children"? I'd be sorry had I not been granted existence, though oblivious to be sure. It seems to me that to deny a generation its existence is a thoroughly un-Darwinian thing to say
NO SIDE: Shinners, Ganley, Socialists, Coir, Eirigi, UKIP, Le Pen, BNP.
YES SIDE: all international chambers of commerce, most independent economists, 3 main political parties, IFA, IBEC, SIPTU, ICTU, most major trade unions, Pfizer, Ryanair, Intel, Microsoft.
Heaney's a great poet. 'Scaffolding' being my favourite. It's unofortunate to think he's a moron aswell. I guess one can be great at something and also be a moron.
Decent,democratic,law-abiding people all over Europe are praying that the brave Irish vote NO again to this MADNESS ! We too want to keep our constitutions and parliamentary democracies ! We too want to keep our health systems, legal systems, school systems, own police and military. Ireland PLEASE say NO again to the 2nd Lisbon PUTSCH attempt ! For yourselves, for your children and for the millions of us denied a say by a tiny un-elected "elite" in Brussels.
Much of the poem has been excised. Two stanzas were omitted by the editor after the first...

Pathetic. Nobody will stop the march of the New World Order. Once the camps are created, your bleating will mean nothing. HAHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHA

There are no actual arguments being made by the poet. Has he even read the treaty I wonder? Or does he just like the earthy, airy idea of it?
